We were contracted by Goldenrod Companies to perform a Commercial Demolition and Site Prep for the One University project located in Ft. Worth, TX just down the road from the new Dickies Arena. This development will bring a mixed use building featuring commercial retail space and apartments.

We were tasked with demolishing the existing concrete and asphalt and hauling it away. After demo, we graded out the site and installed erosion controls to stabilize the site while the project underwent final planning and preparation for development.
