We were excited to work with our client on this new residential build in Southlake, TX! We were contracted for Site Preparation services and pouring the concrete foundation. We began by clearing the site of all debris and removing the required vegetation. Once that was completed we excavated the site, brought in the necessary fill material, and handled the moisture conditioning. Finally we were able to compact and grade the site prior to digging the footings and prepping for the slab pour. Our skilled crews poured the slab and we were able to hand off the project to our satisfied client for the rest of the build!
